**Job Title: Accounts cum MIS Executive**

**Key Responsibilities Accounts Management**:

- **Financial Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare and post journal entries, maintain ledgers, and reconcile accounts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Manage invoicing, collections, and payment processing.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Handle vendor and client queries regarding payments and invoices.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis and report findings to management.

**Management Information Systems (MIS)**:

- **MIS Development and Maintenance**:

- Design and implement MIS systems for financial data management and reporting.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within the MIS.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for financial analysis.
- **Data Management and Analysis**:

- Collect, process, and analyze financial and operational data.
- Generate reports to support decision-making processes.
- Identify trends and insights from data to improve business performance.
- **System Optimization and Support**:

- Work with IT to troubleshoot and resolve MIS-related issues.
- Train staff on the use of MIS tools and systems.
- Propose and implement improvements to MIS processes and systems.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of [4] years of experience in accounting and MIS roles.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with MIS tools and systems (e.g., ERP systems, database management).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
