About Jupiter AI Labs:Jupiter AI Labs is a fast-growing technology and AI services company specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Automation, and Global Staffing solutions. We’re expanding our finance and operations team to strengthen our internal accounting, reporting, and compliance processes.Key Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day accounting entries and transactions in Tally or related software.Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and vouchers.Reconcile bank statements and maintain ledgers.Support in MIS report generation, cash flow tracking, and financial projections.Assist management in creating monthly/quarterly reports and forecasts.Coordinate with the admin team for petty cash, office expenses, and vendor payments.Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.Collaborate with CA and finance consultants as required.Skills & Qualifications:B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent degree.Minimum 6 months of internship experience in accounting or finance.Familiarity with Tally, Excel, GST filing, TDS returns, and invoice processing.Good understanding of MIS and ability to prepare financial summaries and projection reports.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.Basic knowledge of admin coordination will be a plus.Good communication and teamwork abilities.What We Offer:Exposure to end-to-end finance operations in a growing AI company.Learning opportunity with leadership in technology and operations.Friendly and growth-oriented work culture.Competitive compensation for freshers.
