Front Office Executive

A front office executive is responsible for managing the front office area of the organization. They are the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers, and their main objective is to ensure a positive and professional experience for all individuals interacting with the organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Front office executives are responsible for warmly welcoming visitors, clients, and customers as they enter the premises.
- Provide a friendly and professional first impression of the organization.
- Handle incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate person or department, and taking messages when necessary. Also make outgoing calls as required, providing information or assistance to callers.
- Respond to inquiries from visitors, clients, or customers. This may involve providing general information, directing them to the appropriate department or person, or assisting with specific requests.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. They may also handle outgoing mail and courier services.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable. This includes managing the reception area.
- Keeping it well-stocked with necessary supplies, and arranging seating for visitors.
- Collaborate with different departments within the organization to facilitate smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, appointments, phone calls, and other relevant information. Also generate reports or compile data as required.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
