_**Roles & Responsibilities**:_

1. Receiving Calls from Customers, End-users, and Dealers for Sales and Services.

3. Regular Follow-up with Dealers and Customers for Reports and Updates.

4. Creating and Managing Online Marketplace websites like IndiaMart and follow-up for inquiries from them as well.

5. Coordinate with Dealers regarding their queries, follow-up and keep note of the same.

6. Responsible for getting the above queries solved.

7. Booking orders and making Invoices in ERP.

8. Scheduling Dispatch of the Products.

9. Coordinating with Sales Director regarding price negotiations and Marketing Proposals by various parties.

10. Maintaining and preparing weekly reports and Dashboards defined by Sales Director.
