**Key Activities & Responsibilities**:
- **Generating Sales Leads**:
- Contacting prospective clients, delivering persuasive sales pitches, and negotiating deals.
- **Maintaining Relationships**:
- Building and nurturing relationships with existing customers to retain and grow business.
- **Product/Service Knowledge**:
- Understanding the company's products or services to effectively answer customer questions and address their needs.
- **Target Achievement**:
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- **Communication & Negotiation**:
- Communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and persuade them to make a purchase and negotiating deals to close sales.
- **Customer Service**:
- Handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service.
- **Database Management**:
- Entering and updating customer information in the CRM system.
- **Record Keeping**:
- Maintaining accurate records of calls and sales to track progress and identify trends.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
**Experience**:
- Proven track record of 1 to 2 years in sales, preferably in the field of Engineering, Fire Safety, Oil and gas.
**Required Skills and Capabilities**:
- Strong knowledge of fire and safety products, industrial products, micro-electrical products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Understanding industry regulations and safety standards is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
**Location: Lodha Supremus, Kolshet Road, Thane(W)**
Pay: ₹12,220.82 - ₹22,683.81 per month
