**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage a team of sales and customer service executives
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the **construction and housing sector**:
- Regularly visit construction sites, builder offices, and project locations for product marketing and relationship building
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote home solution products
- Maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, and project managers
- Monitor and drive team performance against monthly sales and service targets
- Conduct training sessions for team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and after-sales service teams to ensure smooth customer experience
- Prepare and present weekly reports on business development activities to senior management
- Minimum **4 years of managerial experience** in **retail sales or business development**:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in marketing or selling to the **construction or real estate sector** is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel frequently to **construction/project sites**:
- Strong knowledge of home improvement/home solution products preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet business goals
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
