Jeatal Construction Pvt. Ltd. seeks a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our real estate projects and operations. This role requires a strategic leader to manage cross-functional teams and drive the company growth and profitability.
**Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership: Lead and inspire a diverse team across various departments including project management, finance, marketing, and sales.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and enhance operational efficiency.
- Project Oversight: Ensure the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion, maintaining quality standards and timelines.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and reporting. Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Performance Management: Establish KPIs for departments, monitor performance, and implement improvements as necessary.

**Qualifications:

- Minimum 02-06 years of experience in the real estate/construction industry, with at least 03 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and teams.
- Strong financial understanding and experience in budget management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make strategic decisions.

**Roles and Responsibilities -**
- Manage sales teams to achieve targets and expand customer base through effective marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement business plans to drive residential and commercial real estate market growth.
- Identify new opportunities for revenue generation by analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Analyze sales data to optimize performance, identify areas of improvement, and adjust tactics accordingly.
- 2-6 years of experience in real estate sales or related field (residential & commercial).
- Strong understanding of local real estate markets, including townships, housing, property, and commercial real estate.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through innovative marketing strategies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
