Architect - Construction Industry

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect with 3 to 5 years of expertise in the construction industry to join our team in Coimbatore. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, building codes, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements, project objectives, and budget constraints.

2. Develop conceptual designs, sketches, and architectural plans that meet client needs while incorporating aesthetic, functional, and sustainable design principles.

3. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.

4. Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other specialists to integrate their input into the architectural design and ensure overall project coherence.

5. Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions, analyze site constraints, and gather relevant information for project planning and design.

6. Present design proposals and concepts to clients, regulatory authorities, and project stakeholders, and incorporate feedback into the design process as needed.

7. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams during the construction phase to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of design intent.

8. Monitor construction progress, review shop drawings, and conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and quality standards.

9. Resolve design-related issues and conflicts that may arise during construction, and make timely decisions to maintain project schedule and budget.

10. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture to enhance design innovation and project delivery.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

2. 3 to 5 years of experience working as an Architect in the construction industry, with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in architectural design and project management.

3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural design software.

4. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements in India.

5. Excellent design skills, with the ability to translate conceptual ideas into practical and aesthetically pleasing architectural solutions.

6. Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building practices.

7. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and interact professionally with clients and project teams.

8. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in architectural documentation and project execution.

9. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

10. Willingness to travel to project sites within Coimbatore and surrounding areas as required.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
