The Company Leading with General Insurance Company for their office in Mumbai.

**Role: AVP: Property Underwriting/ Commercial Underwriting.**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Effective team management skills to assist in active engagement in the identification, prioritization, negotiation and conversion of new Account relationships in line with agreed business strategies.
- Monitoring claims and loss reserves of the segment and working in synergy with claims team for optimize loss reserves of that segment
- Seamless working with Property risk management team for controlling and managing of losses for further improvement of bottom line
- Any projects, at product level or function level or at organizational level.
- Meeting with Clients/Channel partners, conducting risk inspections and penetrate the usage of digital platforms for risk improvements/solutions and quote/policy issuance, within TAT.
- Advice, guide and train team members on various line of businesses to enhance their knowledge in the domain.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry particularly in the area of policies including what each policy covers.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience Property/Fire & Engineering Underwriting in a General Insurance Company
