**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Site Management & Execution**:

- Supervise daily on-site operations and ensure work is completed as per project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to design specifications and standards.
- Manage material inventory, logistics, and procurement for site needs.
- Resolve on-site issues and escalate major concerns to the project manager.

**Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure all safety protocols and guidelines are strictly followed on-site.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

**Reporting & Coordination**:

- Maintain daily progress reports and update project stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients.
- Handle workforce management, attendance tracking, and performance monitoring.

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma/Degree** in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related fields preferred.
- **2-6 years of experience** in site supervision (Construction, Interiors, Events, or Advertising).
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working with **AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools**.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good communication and team-handling abilities.
