Job Summary:
Handling Inquiries: Promptly and professionally addressing customer questions and concerns related to products, services, billing, and more.

Problem Resolution: Identifying customer needs, troubleshooting issues, providing effective solutions, and escalating complex matters to appropriate departments when necessary.

Data Management: Maintaining accurate and thorough records of customer interactions in the company's systems, ensuring all details of conversations and resolutions are well-documented.

Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the client's products and services to effectively address customer questions and provide informed recommendations.

Policy Adherence: Following company policies, procedures, and scripting guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality customer interactions.

Performance Metrics: Meeting or exceeding established performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Continuous Improvement: Participating in training sessions to stay updated on product changes, service enhancements, and customer service best practices, while providing feedback to improve processes and procedures.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows operating systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with customers.

Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving situations with a positive attitude.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing processes and procedures.

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
