**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with design, sampling, and production teams for new developments and order execution.
- Follow up on fabric, trims, and embroidery units to ensure timely availability and approvals.
- Prepare and maintain style files, order sheets, and production trackers.
- Monitor daily production, resolve issues, and ensure quality compliance.
- Maintain strong communication with vendors and internal departments (store, purchase, QA).
- Track production timelines to ensure on-time delivery of orders.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of women’s ethnic wear manufacturing process (stitching, embroidery, finishing).
- Understanding of fabrics, trims, and embellishments used in ethnic wear.
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
