**Job Title**: Data Entry Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input data into company systems, spreadsheets, or databases from various sources.
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Perform regular data updates and ensure data consistency and reliability.
- Generate and present reports based on the entered data as required.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies, and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
- Stay updated on data entry techniques and tools to improve efficiency.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with data management systems or CRM software is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
