Job Responsibilities:

- Experience in a call center or customer service environment (6 months max)
- Good Communication Skills **(Hindi / English + Any regional language)**:

- Should be fluent in Hindi & any regional language
- Effective and Timely Communication
- Building up a Good Image and Rapport
- Good Confidence
- To work for both voice & non-voice process
- Research Skills
- Flexible on working hours (6 days working / Sunday week off)
- Ability to learn and execute the learning at work faster and efficiently
- Work commitment
- Basic knowledge of Computers -Typing speed of 30 - 35 wpm
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Complete call logs
