**Shift Timing**:9-hour shifts**
- **Morning Shift**: 7 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 5 pm
- **Afternoon Shift**: 12 pm - 9 pm or 1 pm - 10 pm
## **Role Summary**

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving membership sales, engaging potential clients, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations. This role also involves providing facility tours, managing CRM data, and supporting promotional events to expand club visibility.
## **Key Responsibilities**
- Drive membership sales through walk-ins and cold calling.
- Book and confirm leads for classes and follow up with prospective members.
- Greet and check-in clients and visitors at the front desk.
- Maintain accurate data on walk-ins, phone queries, and other leads in CRM.
- Conduct facility tours and establish relationships with potential members by understanding their individual needs.
- Participate in promotional events, such as health fairs and marathons, to promote the club.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the club space.
- Present available services to current or prospective members.
- Collect outstanding dues from members.
- Assist the Head to Inspire (H2i) with overall club operations.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
## **Qualifications**

**Education**
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory).

**Experience**

**Skills**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with an energetic and engaging personality.
- Ability to handle CRM tools for data entry and management.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to participate in events outside regular hours when required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
