**Reporting To**: IT COMUNICATION/ IT Support Lead/ CAMERA SUPPORT

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide first and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
- Support Microsoft Office 365 and Windows OS (Windows 10/11).
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams or vendors.
- Assist in setting up and supporting conference room equipment and video conferencing tools.
- Perform routine maintenance and system updates.
- Document technical procedures and user guides.

**Requirements**:

- 10th pass,12th pass,Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Freshers also apply,1-3 years of experience in desktop support or similar IT support roles.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and ITIL practices.
- Familiarity with imaging tools, remote desktop support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk), and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCSA, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.

**Preferred Skills (Optional)**:

- Experience with MacOS or Linux systems,windows.
