**Job Overview**:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our real estate services, boost our online presence, and generate leads. **Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify target audiences and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
- Manage and optimize the company's website, ensuring it is user-friendly and SEO-friendly, and monitor website traffic and performance.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales and design to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the industry.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for different platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently, with strong attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
