Data Scientist

**Core Technical Requirements**
- Strong Python proficiency with Pandas experience
- Minimum 2-3 years practical experience with data projects
- SQL expertise and modern database knowledge
- Version control systems (Git) proficiency
- Machine learning concepts understanding, particularly in NLP
- Experience with API development and integration
- Azure cloud platform expertise (AWS/GCP knowledge is a plus)
- Data visualization tools (matplotlib, seaborn, or similar)
- Data pipeline development and ETL processes experience

**Data Engineering & Analysis Skills**
- Experience with data warehouse design and implementation
- Proficiency in building and maintaining data pipelines
- Knowledge of data modeling and schema design
- Experience with Azure Data Factory or similar ETL tools
- Familiarity with data lake architectures
- Strong data cleaning and preprocessing skills
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Databricks)
- Ability to optimize database queries and data processes
- Experience with real-time data processing
- Strong analytical skills with focus on data quality and validation

**AI and Prompt Engineering Skills**
- Understanding of best practices in prompt design and optimization
- Knowledge of LLM evaluation and performance metrics
- Experience with AI model deployment and integration
- Understanding of LLM limitations and mitigation strategies
- Familiarity with responsible AI practices

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years practical experience with data projects
- Evidence of continuous learning (certifications, online courses)
- Previous healthcare data experience is a plus
- Azure certifications are highly valued

**Compliance**
- Grasp data privacy and security principles
- Understanding of GDPR fundamentals and data protection principles
- Knowledge of handling sensitive personal data

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
