**Job Title**: Data Scientist

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Collection & Preprocessing**: Gather, clean, and prepare structured and unstructured data for model training and evaluation.
- **Model Development**: Design, develop, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models to solve business problems.
- **LLM Integration**: Build, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) for NLP tasks such as text generation, summarization, and sentiment analysis.
- **Feature Engineering**: Identify relevant features and implement feature extraction techniques to improve model accuracy.
- **Model Evaluation & Optimization**: Conduct rigorous evaluation and fine-tuning to enhance model performance, efficiency, and scalability.
- **Data Visualization & Insights**: Create dashboards and reports to effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
- **API Development & Deployment**: Develop APIs and integrate AI/ML models into production systems.
- **Collaboration & Documentation**: Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, while documenting processes, workflows, and model architectures.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum **2+ years** of proven experience as a Data Scientist/AI Engineer.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in **Python** and ML/AI libraries such as **TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn**.
- Hands-on experience with **LLMs** (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Solid understanding of **Natural Language Processing (NLP), neural networks, and deep learning architectures**.
- Expertise in **data wrangling, feature engineering, and data visualization**.
- Experience with **APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)**, and deploying AI models in production.
- **Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills** with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
- Strong **communication skills** to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
