We are seeking a skilled and innovative Data Scientist with over 3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will work on deriving actionable insights from complex datasets, building predictive models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve real-world problems. Your contributions will directly impact strategic decision-making and drive business success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business objectives.
- Build, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve problems in areas like prediction, classification, and optimization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate business challenges into analytical projects.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand data structures and quality issues.
- Design and implement data pipelines for preprocessing, feature engineering, and automation.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Perform A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of initiatives.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of data science solutions in production.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies.
- Document methodologies, processes, and results to ensure knowledge sharing and reproducibility.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a data science role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in statistical analysis.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
- Experience with big data tools and technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
