We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship opportunity provides valuable hands-on experience in sales and marketing, allowing you to develop and refine your skills in a professional environment. As an intern, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams, supporting various aspects of the sales and marketing process.

**Responsibilities**:
Identifying and targeting potential clients, generating leads, and building a robust sales pipeline.

Conducting market research to gather information about customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.

Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and sales collateral.

Help organize and execute sales campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

Support the sales team in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and analyses.

Conduct competitor analysis and gather market intelligence to identify new business opportunities.

Assist in managing social media accounts and executing digital marketing campaigns.

Shadow and learn from experienced sales and marketing professionals, actively participating in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training sessions.

**Requirements**:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or recently graduated).

Strong interest in sales and marketing, with a desire to learn and grow in the field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and creative thinking abilities.

Positive attitude, self-motivation, and eagerness to take on new challenges.

Previous experience in sales or marketing (internship or part-time role) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Travel requirement:

- Travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
