- **About the Position**:_
- We are currently seeking an experienced Civil/ Structure Draftsman/Draughtsman to join our dynamic team, specializing in Solar PV Projects - Rooftop, Carport and Ground-mount installations. _
- This position calls for professionals with 4-7 years’ experience in the solar industry (civil / structure drawings). As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for translating project concepts into technical blueprints, layouts and construction drawings ensuring the seamless installation and construction of solar PV plant civil and structure systems._
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- ▪ Work with engineering team to gather and define project requirements._
- ▪ Prepare detailed civil and structure drawings, including MMS GA and Fabrication drawings, MCR/ICR GA and RCC drawings (RCC/ Pre-fab/ Container), all foundation drawings, layouts,various cross-section drawings, MCS drawings, switchyard layout and section drawings, trench section drawings, equipment section drawings._
- ▪ Prepare foundation drawings such as transformer (IDT), HT panels, inverter, DC combiner box (SCB/SMCB), LT panels, RMU, SCADA, Weather Monitoring Station, etc._
- ▪ Estimate material quantities, preparing Bill of Material (BOM) / Bill of Quantities (BOQ)._
- ▪ Assist in preparing technical documents, including specifications and installation manuals._
- ▪ Prepare construction support drawings, support construction phase, address site team queries._
- ▪ Whenever required, support / conduct site visits and gather site inputs._
- **Experience Requirement**:_
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in drafting_
- (experience in Civil / Structure Drafting: minimum 4 years, out of which_
- experience in Solar Industry: minimum 2 years with carport & ground-mounted installations)_
- **Qualification Requirement**:_
- ▪ Bachelor’s degree in Drafting (Civil/Structure); or equivalent; or_
- ▪ Diploma in Drafting (Civil/Structure); or equivalent; or_
- ▪ I.T.I. certification in Civil/Structure Drafting_
- **Mandatory Requirement**:_
- ▪ Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD)_
- ▪ Experience with Revit / STAAD / SOLIDWORKS will get an advantage._
- ▪ Understanding of solar systems, safety standards and industry practices._

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
