**Qualification**: BE Civil/ Dipl. Civil/ ITI Draughtsman

**Roles & Responsibilities (Attachment with details would be appreciated)**: Good Knowledge of AutoCAD

**Location**: Vadodara / Delhi

**Below are the duties covered under profile**:

- Interpreting project briefs and meeting with Clients, Engineers, Project Managers to ensure all blueprints and technical drawings are completed to specifications.
- Producing rough sketches and using CAD software to prepare detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints with a keen eye for precision.
- Visiting sites to gather information, and determine limitations and feasibility of designs.
- Updating software, drawings, and other documents.
- Remaining professional when feedback is delivered, and implementing any changes to drafts as soon as possible.
- Ensuring drawings are compliant with building regulations and engineering principles and are submitted well in time/ per the shared timelines.
- Communicating potential design issues as per the requirement and conducting research when required.
- Any other responsibility if found necessary by the management in due course would also be included.
- Taking lead and ownership in Execution & Closure of allocated Job Task/ Responsibilities, Management of allocated resources, Adhering timelines for execution of work so as to have the best productivity, Taking initiatives for the newer task will be vital.

Above mentioned parameters shall be instrumental for gauging your performance ahead in time and for consideration of Upcoming appraisals.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
