**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update Management Information Systems (MIS) and financial data.
- Perform day-to-day accounting using **Tally ERP**.
- Manage **export and domestic documentation** including invoices, shipping bills, and related compliance.
- Prepare and analyze Excel reports for internal and external use.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for documentation and financial matters.
- Ensure timely data entry and reconciliation of accounts.
- Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports.
- Support audits and ensure all financial records are properly maintained.
- Perform general administrative and finance-related tasks as needed.

**Key Skills Required**:

- **Advanced Excel skills** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, etc.)
- **Proficiency in Tally ERP**:

- Knowledge of **accounting principles** and financial documentation.
- Familiarity with **export and domestic trade documentation**.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
