MIS Executive (Accountant)

Salary-20k to 40k

Night Shift

Requirement-Accounting with Strong Excel & MIS Executive

**Minimum 3-4 Years of Experience is Required**

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Management and Analysis:

- Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources within the organization.
- Cleanse and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that may impact business operations.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations summarizing key findings to management.
- Report Generation and Distribution:

- Develop and automate reporting processes to streamline the generation of routine reports.
- Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by management or other departments.
- Distribute reports to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Database Management:

- Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Develop and implement procedures for data entry, validation, and retrieval.
- Conduct regular audits of databases to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot database issues and optimize performance.
- System Enhancement and Maintenance:

- Identify opportunities to improve existing MIS systems and processes.
- Work with IT teams to implement system upgrades, enhancements, or new software solutions.
- Provide training and support to users on MIS systems and tools.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Compliance and Governance:

- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organizational policies.
- Maintain documentation related to MIS processes, procedures, and standards.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing data and reports as required.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,861.06 per month
