**Job Title Functional Planner**

Department Marketing

Location Bangalore

**Purpose of the role**:
Aid effective data backed decision making to achieve department's short
- and medium-term objectives. Minimise future uncertainties by establishing robust processes and tools. Efficacy improvement through optimal allocation and utilization of resources. Establish better coordination with cross functional stakeholders for integration & execution. To lead and execute strategic projects like long range planning, geo analysis, consumer understanding & data analytics.

**Role Description**

Daily, weekly, monthly MIS flow and actionable inputs delivery.

Yearly planning, policy deployment and alignment of all brand objectives and deliverables.

Identification and implementation of strategic short term and medium-term marketing support projects.

Marketing resource/budget planning, deployment and adherence.

Establish processes and tools to aid decision making for HOD and SH's.

Periodic monitoring of departmental processes and adherence, identification of gaps and administer interventions.

Drive Inter departmental engagement and coordination to enable effective workflows.

Budget Management for the portfolio.

Continuous benchmarking of best processes and interventions by Industry and competition on pricing, communication and product to facilitate objective and proactive decision making by HOD.

Interact with and enable Data analytics team to evolve effective dashboarding of all relevant information to aid marketing.
