**Quality Assurance - Chemical Industry**
- **QA Documentation**: Prepare and keep updated all necessary quality assurance documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- **Vendor Management**: Evaluate and approve vendors through audits and qualification documents, and monitor their performance to ensure they meet quality standards.
- **Customer Complaint Management**: Assist in handling and resolving customer complaints effectively to maintain satisfaction and compliance.
- **QA/IPQA Systems Deployment**: Support the implementation and monitoring of Quality Assurance and In-Process Quality Assurance systems at the site.
- **Change Management**: Review and process change requests, ensuring they are addressed promptly and documented properly.
- **Liaison with Regulatory Bodies**: Act as a point of contact with regulatory and certification agencies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- **Specification Management**: Document and maintain specifications for raw materials, packaging materials, in-process materials, and finished goods.
- **Quality Assurance MIS**: Help manage and provide insights for the review of Quality Assurance metrics and related Management Information Systems.
- **Audit Management**: Assist in preparing for and conducting internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- **Vendor Audit Responses**: Help respond to inquiries and questionnaires from vendors during audits to ensure transparency and compliance.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 per year
