The Staff Nurse will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a 100-bed hospital setup, ensuring safety, quality, and patient-centered care. The nurse will assist doctors, support patient recovery, and maintain smooth ward operations with professionalism and compassion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care including administering medications, injections, IV fluids, and monitoring vital signs.
- Maintain and update accurate patient records (admissions, treatment, nursing notes, and discharge).
- Assist physicians during rounds, examinations, and procedures.
- Handle emergency cases (first aid, CPR, casualty support) promptly.
- Monitor and manage equipment (ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps, etc.).
- Ensure proper infection control, sterilization, and hygiene practices.
- Educate patients and families about treatment, recovery, and preventive care.
- Support daily ward activities - admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
- Maintain medicine stock, consumables, and coordinate with pharmacy/administration.
- Work in shifts (day/night/rotational) as per duty roster.
- Uphold hospital policies, ethical practices, and nursing standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (Registered with State Nursing Council).
- 1-3 years of experience in a hospital setting (preferably multi-specialty or 100+ bed hospital).
- Knowledge of clinical procedures, patient care standards, and hospital protocols.
- Ability to handle critical care, emergency, and ward management.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude.

**Work Conditions**:

- Rotational shifts (morning, evening, night, weekends, holidays).
- Duty allocation may include wards, ICU, casualty, OT, or other departments.
- Physically demanding role with responsibility for multiple patients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
