**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality instruction in **Visual Arts** to students from Grades 6 to 10 under the **IGCSE and ICSE curriculum frameworks**.
- Prepare students for external exams, projects, and portfolio submissions as per board requirements.
- Design a structured visual arts program covering drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media, digital art, and art appreciation.
- Encourage creative expression, experimentation, and skill development in both traditional and contemporary art forms.
- Organize student exhibitions, competitions, and visual arts showcases.
- Maintain an engaging, organized, and well-equipped art studio environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues for interdisciplinary projects and school events.
- Participate actively in residential life including co-curricular activities, boarding house duties, and evening prep supervision.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Fine Arts / Visual Arts / Applied Arts or a related discipline.
- Recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed. or equivalent preferred).
- Minimum 5 **years of teaching experience** in **IGCSE and/or ICSE Visual Arts curriculum**.
- A strong portfolio of personal and student artwork.
- Familiarity with various art mediums, techniques, and art history.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passionate about working in a **residential school setting** and contributing beyond the classroom.
