**Ecommerce Administrator/Associate**
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Order Processing**: Manage the end-to-end order processing cycle including order receipt, verification, fulfillment, and tracking. Ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to orders efficiently.
2. **Catalogue Management**: Upload new products, update existing catalogues, and ensure accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and images across all eCommerce platforms. Perform regular audits to maintain consistency and relevance.
3. **Ecommerce Portal Management**: Oversee operations on various eCommerce portals such as Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, Tata 1MG, etc. Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement strategies to enhance visibility and sales.
4. **Customer Service**: Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally. Strive to provide excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
5. **Inventory Management**: Coordinate with the inventory team to maintain optimum stock levels, monitor inventory movements, and reconcile discrepancies. Implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
6. **Quality Assurance**: Ensure product listings meet quality standards in terms of accuracy, completeness, and compliance with platform guidelines. Regularly conduct quality checks to identify and rectify errors.
7. **Social Media Management**: Manage social media accounts to engage with customers, promote products, and drive traffic to eCommerce platforms. Create compelling content, run targeted campaigns, and monitor performance metrics.
8. **Reporting and Analysis**: Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, etc. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. 3-4 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce operations, preferably in a similar role.
3. Proficiency in managing various eCommerce portals including Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, Tata 1MG, etc.
4. Strong understanding of order processing, catalogue management, and inventory control.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
6. Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
8. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
9. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
10. Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, tools, and best practices.
11. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
