**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support and coordinate with psychiatrists and psychologists to motivate patients toward recovery.
- Assist patients in preparing for abstinence and long-term rehabilitation.
- Engage in regular follow-up visits to detoxified patients through OPD.
- Perform **domiciliary visits** for reintegration and rehabilitation of patients in society.
- Coordinate with NGOs and external support systems for patient welfare.
- Provide emergency assistance and follow-up support services.
- Undertake any additional duties as assigned by senior officers.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Understanding of mental health issues and community-based treatment approaches.
- Field work readiness including home visits.
- Empathy and a service-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹20,481.82 - ₹33,373.99 per month
