**Responsibilities**
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
- Handling telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors,
- Coordinating with office security teams,
- General office management such as ordering stationary,
- Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers,
- Arranging both internal and external events
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
**Principal Accountabilities**
- Accountable to govern the office by ensuring all the essential requirements are in place and smooth management of location that includes physical security, Housekeeping, Electrical, infrastructure and other mandatory divisions
- Maintain data base of all the purchase, of stationaries, Housekeeping materials and other department or event specific items and disposition of scrap.
- Management of front office reception, receiving parcels of goods and documents and redirecting to the concerned department. Prepare shipping documents like invoices, purchase orders etc.
- Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers.
- Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed. Provide information to customers about the status of their orders
