**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented **Back Office Executive** to support our operations team. The role involves managing **Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)**, **assigning jobs to technicians**, maintaining detailed reports, and preparing **MIS reports** for management. This is a crucial role that ensures smooth backend coordination and service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle and manage **Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)**, including documentation, renewal tracking, and client follow-ups.
- **Assign jobs to technicians** based on service requests, urgency, and availability.
- Track technician movements, job completion status, and service quality feedback.
- Maintain detailed records of all service requests, completed jobs, and pending tasks.
- Prepare and update **daily, weekly, and monthly reports** on service operations.
- Generate and share **MIS reports** with management to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with the front office, clients, and field teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Ensure all job entries and updates are accurately recorded in internal systems.
- Maintain client data, service history, and contract-related information securely and accurately.
- Support in inventory updates, vendor follow-ups, and general office coordination tasks.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a back-office, operations, or service coordination role.
- Good knowledge of **AMC handling** and **technician scheduling** is preferred.
- Proficient in **MS Excel** and capable of preparing MIS reports.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with ERP/CRM software is an added advantage.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a technical services or facility management company will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
