**Job Description: Back Office Executive**
**Location**: Sobhabazar, Kolkata (Near Jaipuriya College), Chandni chowk, Salt lake
**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
**Experience Required**: Minimum 5 years in Back Office Operations

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Documentation & Coordination**:

- Handle day-to-day back-office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
- **Quotation Preparation**:

- Prepare and send quotations to clients in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all quotations and follow up as needed.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) with clients and team members.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain and update databases, records, and files.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- **Reporting**:

- Generate reports and presentations as required by management.
- Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly performance reports.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in **MS Office** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent **coordination** and organizational abilities.
- Ability to prepare **quotations** and manage documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- **Graduate** in any discipline.
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in back-office operations.
- Fluency in **English** (both written and spoken).

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills.
