**Key Responsibilities**:
✔ Handling front desk operations and managing phone calls
✔ Greeting visitors and maintaining visitor logs
✔ Assisting with basic office administrative tasks
✔ Opening and tracking **tickets/IT/service requests**
✔ Supporting other departments with document handling and coordination
✔ Maintaining a clean and professional front-desk environment
Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing)
Experience in handling **admin + IT support ticketing systems**
Pleasant personality with strong communication skills
Organized, punctual, and reliable
