**Job Title: Purchase Assistant**

**Location: Pardi**

**Working Days: Monday to Saturday**

**Working Hours: 9:00AM To 5:30PM**

**Week Off: Sunday**

**Job Summary**:
The Purchase Assistant will support the purchasing department in sourcing materials, obtaining quotations, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services as per company requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing purchase orders and comparing quotations.
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery terms.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier details.
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements.
- Verify invoices and delivery notes for accuracy before forwarding for payment.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

**Qualification & Skills**:

- Any graduation
- 1-3 years of experience in purchasing.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP software (if applicable).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and good organizational ability.
