**Key Responsibilities**:

- LinkedIn Sales Development: Support in generating leads through LinkedIn by identifying prospects, sending outreach messages, and nurturing connections to build relationships.
- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential clients to assist in marketing strategy development.
- Analytics & Reporting: Assist in analyzing campaign performance, preparing reports, and providing insights for optimization.
- Social Media Management: Collaborate with the team to create and schedule posts, and engage with followers on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation efforts.
- SEO Support: Assist in optimizing web content for search engines to increase organic traffic.

**Requirements**:

- Completed at least one internship in marketing or a related field.
- Strong writing skills with experience in content creation for various platforms.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn as a professional networking and lead generation tool.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and basic CRM systems is a plus.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
