**Job Summary**:
As a Marketing Trainee at Swain Aluminium Pvt. Ltd., you will assist the marketing team in executing campaigns, creating content, and conducting market research. This position offers a hands-on learning experience in marketing while developing essential skills for future growth. You will play a critical role in supporting marketing activities and gaining practical insights into the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
- Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis.
- Support the creation of promotional materials and presentations.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement marketing strategies.
- Analyze marketing performance and help prepare reports for management review.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Creative thinking with a proactive approach to learning.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
