**Working Days - 5 ( 1st ,3rd sat - Half Day )**

**Job Summary**: The Liaison Draughtsman will be responsible for creating and revising technical drawings and blueprints while acting as a key point of contact between various departments, clients, and external stakeholders. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in drafting and strong communication skills to ensure seamless coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drafting and Design**:

- Prepare detailed technical drawings and schematics for various projects using CAD software.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
- **Liaison and Coordination**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to gather and disseminate information.
- **Project Management Support**:

- Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Track project progress and address any issues or discrepancies related to drafting and design.
- Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Review and verify the accuracy of technical drawings and documentation.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure drawings meet all relevant standards and regulations.
- **Technical Support**:

- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders regarding drafting and design issues.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in drafting and design.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain organized records of all project drawings, revisions, and correspondence.
- Ensure proper documentation of design changes and approvals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Drafting, Design Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Experience**: [X] years of experience in drafting and design, with a strong understanding of technical drawing standards and practices.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
