Job Title: International Voice Process Executive - Inbound/Outbound Sales

Experience Required: 1 to 6 years
Location: Pune
Shift Timing: US Shift (5 days working)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to international prospects (B2C based on project).
- Clearly communicate product/service offerings and value propositions.
- Understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions to drive conversions.
- Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales and call targets.
- Handle objections confidently and convert potential leads into sales.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and data protection guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1-6 years of outbound sales experience in an international voice process.
- Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets in a high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with US sales culture and client handling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
