We are urgently hiring **International Voice Process Executives** for one of our esteemed clients in Pune.

**Position Overview**:
We’re looking for motivated and articulate **Technical Support Executives** with a **background in international voice processes**. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound technical queries from international customers (UK-based).
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues via phone support.
- Guide customers through effective solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional support.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in international voice process (mandatory)
- **Education**: 12th Pass (HSC)
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication in English
- Experience in technical/customer support voice roles preferred
- Comfortable working in UK shift timings
