**Salary**: 12,000 to 55,000 (per month)

**Responsibilities**
- Must be able to build customer relationships, previous relationships desirable.
- Must have the ability to perform multiple tasks at once.
- Prioritize all available freight to cover all available customer loads efficiently and effectively.
- Training freight brokers for maintaining clients, generating leads, acquiring new customers and developing a sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling etc.
- Helping brokers in Providing customers with shipping quotes.
- Track all booked loads from the point the transportation provider is contracted through the final delivery of the load.
- Collect, document, and disseminate accurate information to/from transportation providers, drivers, and internal departments. Send rate confirmations to carriers that document all requirements and verify receipt.
- Manage transportation provider issues and resolve transportation provider operational problems, including incidental accessorial charges and accounting discrepancies.
- Communicate new transportation provider opportunities to Customer Sales and Operations.
- Identify and communicate ways the company can continuously improve its operations.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or suitable equivalent.
- 1+ years of work experience in a similar role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Outstanding people skills.
- Proficient negotiating skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
