**Key Responsibilities**:

- Introduce and promote the clinic’s slimming, wellness, and beauty services to doctors, health professionals, and wellness centers to generate referrals and increase patient awareness.
- Travel: Ability to Travel Frequently
- Event Management: Coordinate with various doctors & arrange CME's
- Educate medical professionals and clients about the benefits and unique offerings of the clinic’s treatments, ensuring they understand how our services can improve their clients' health and wellness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including doctors, clinics, hospitals, and wellness centers, to encourage patient referrals and collaborations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by securing appointments, delivering presentations, and converting leads into referrals for the clinic’s services.
- Conduct market research to identify new potential referral sources and areas for expansion and keep track of competitor services to ensure the clinic stays competitive.
- Keep up to date with the clinic’s treatments, technologies, and any new services offered, ensuring you are able to provide accurate and up-to-date information to professionals and clients.
- Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and other marketing materials to healthcare professionals, ensuring they are well-equipped to share information about the clinic with their patients. Regularly follow up with healthcare professionals to ensure client satisfaction, address concerns, and gather feedback for service improvements.
- Maintain records of interactions, sales, and referral data. Prepare reports for management on sales activities and outcomes.
- **Desired Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Similar Additional certification in sales/marketing would be a plus.
- Experience:
1-3 years of experience in Medical Sales, Medical Representation, or similar roles, preferably in the health, wellness, or beauty industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with medical professionals.
- Strong understanding of health and wellness services.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
