**Job Title**: Telecaller - Clinic Marketing & Sales (Skin, Hair & Laser Treatments)

Dr. Hair is a leading chain of advanced hair, skin, and laser treatment clinics dedicated to delivering high-quality aesthetic and medical care. We specialize in **hair restoration, skincare, and laser hair reduction services**, offering customized solutions that combine medical expertise with cutting-edge technology.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries regarding hair, skin, and laser treatments.
- Explain clinic services, treatment packages, and offers to clients in a clear and convincing manner.
- Book appointments and maintain proper follow-up until the client visits the clinic.
- Maintain and update the lead database using CRM or internal systems.
- Handle customer queries professionally, providing accurate information about services and pricing.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities through phone and digital communication.
- Coordinate with the clinic’s sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and regional languages preferred).
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or clinic marketing (especially in healthcare, beauty, or wellness) is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a performance-driven environment.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
