Jisora is a fast-growing fashion and lifestyle brand, known for its chic, comfortable, and contemporary styles. Based in Jaipur, we specialize in creating everyday fashion with a modern touch, tailored for the new-age woman. As we expand our digital presence, we're looking for a dynamic E-commerce Executive to join our passionate team and help us grow across multiple online platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage product listings across various marketplaces including Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, and Jisora’s official website.
- Ensure accurate and attractive product uploads with relevant descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory updates.
- Monitor daily orders, coordinate with logistics partners, and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Analyze product and sales performance across platforms, prepare weekly reports, and suggest improvements.
- Execute platform-specific campaigns, offers, and promotions to drive sales and visibility.
- Handle returns, cancellations, and customer escalations in collaboration with the support team.
- Stay up-to-date with latest marketplace trends, platform policies, and algorithm updates to keep listings optimized.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.
- Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Shopify.
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a strong sense of ownership.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
