**Position Overview**:
The IT Administrator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Firm's IT infrastructure. This position involves maintaining hardware, software, networks, and providing technical support to employees/associates. Also, would look after overall maintenance and health of the Firm’s website.

**Responsibilities**:

- Website Maintenance:
1. Regularly update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

2. Coordinate with content creators, designers, and stakeholders to upload new content, images, videos, etc.

3. Implement SEO best practices to improve the website's search engine rankings.
- Network and Systems Administration:
1. Manage and maintain the Firm's network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.

2. Install, configure, and update network equipment and software.

3. Monitor network performance and security, addressing issues promptly.

4. Implement and manage security measures to protect systems from cyber threats and unauthorized access.
- Hardware and Software Maintenance:
○ Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.

○ Perform regular software updates, patches, and antivirus installations.

○ Manage licenses and ensure compliance with software policies.
- User Support and Training:
1. Provide technical support and guidance to employees on IT-related matters.

2. Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.

3. Conduct training sessions to enhance employees' IT skills and awareness of best practices.
- Data Backup and Recovery:
1. Implement and oversee data backup procedures to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery.

2. Test backup systems regularly and develop contingency plans for data loss scenarios.
- IT Documentation and Reporting:
1. Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, configurations, and procedures.

2. Prepare reports on IT-related activities, performance, and security incidents.
- Vendor Management:
1. Liaise with external vendors and service providers for IT-related procurements and support contracts.

2. Evaluate vendor products and services to ensure they meet the organisation's requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) working in IT administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in managing Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of network protocols, configurations, and security measures.
- Familiarity with hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) would be advantageous

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
