**Oversee daily operations** of the steel detailing offshore office, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
- **Manage and grow the team** from 4 to at least 5 people, ensuring staff retention, training, staff career planning, and morale.
- **Ensure profitability** by optimizing operations and ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- **Monitor and maintain quality standards**, ensuring final checks and quality control processes for steel detailing are rigorous.
- **Drive operational efficiency** by streamlining processes and implementing best practices to maximize productivity.
- **Team leadership**: Foster a positive working environment, ensure team members are engaged and motivated, and address any personnel issues promptly.
- **Project management**: Oversee all projects, providing guidance and decision-making support to ensure projects are running smoothly.
- **Preventative thinking**: Anticipate challenges or issues in the workflow and proactively address them to prevent delays or quality problems.
- **Report to senior management** at headquarters on office performance, profitability, and team development.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
