We are looking for a Supplier Coordination and Process Efficiency Specialist to manage supplier relationships, ensure timely delivery, and improve operational processes. This role also involves product development support, quality assurance, complaint handling, and customer account management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supplier Coordination**:_
- Coordinate with suppliers to receive quotes and place purchase orders in Zoho.
- Ensure suppliers comply with quality standards and meet delivery deadlines (95% on-time delivery).
- Follow up with suppliers to confirm order receipt and quality compliance.
- **Process Efficiency**:_
- Streamline processes to minimize delays between suppliers and customers.
- Develop and follow SOPs and checklists for key tasks.
- Continuously review and improve internal processes.
- **Product Development**:_
- Collaborate with customers and suppliers to develop new products.
- Track product development progress and ensure timely delivery of samples.
- **Quality Assurance and Complaint Handling**:_
- Ensure product quality by conducting checks and following up on QRS compliance.
- Record and resolve customer complaints within 72 hours.
- **Administrative Tasks**:_
- Manage courier and dispatch activities, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Keep accurate records of shipments and ensure timely submission of courier bills.
- **Customer Account Management**:_
- Build strong relationships with key customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours and provide regular updates.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years in supplier coordination or operations.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Experience with Zoho CRM is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
