**Job Summary**
- We are looking for a skilled Procurement - Yarn Sourcing & Merchandising Executive to manage our company's procurement of yarn and related materials. This role is crucial in developing strategies to secure cost-effective deals and establish reliable supplier relationships. The Procurement - Yarn Sourcing & Merchandising Executive will focus on identifying opportunities to reduce procurement costs, enabling the company to allocate resources toward growth and employee development._

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for yarn procurement.
- Identify and build relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure high-quality products.
- Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with external vendors.
- Oversee the procurement of necessary yarn and related services.
- Finalize purchase agreements and ensure timely deliveries.
- Evaluate and optimize existing supplier contracts to improve cost efficiency.
- Monitor and report key performance metrics to improve procurement processes and reduce expenses.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity of specifications and expectations.
- Stay ahead of market trends that could impact supplier negotiations.
- Analyze data to foresee potential challenges and create strategies to mitigate risks.
- Implement risk management strategies for procurement and supply contracts.
- Monitor procurement expenditures and promote long-term cost-saving practices.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven experience in procurement, yarn sourcing, or a similar role (e.g., Procurement Executive, Merchandiser).
- Strong understanding of sourcing and procurement methods with knowledge of market trends.
- Excellent negotiation and networking skills.
- Experience with supplier or third-party management software.
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
- Ability to analyze data for informed decision-making.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Textile (specifically in Yarns) Supply Chain Management, Logistics.
