**What you'll do**

The key areas of responsibility and tasks include:

- Manage strategic and tactic (daily) tasks and deliverables in line and on behalf of PSCC APJ Management & drive & organize team operations & its effectiveness.
- Drive Administrative activities engaging in active Action item tracking and ensuring tasks are being followed up
- Drive setup and build foundation of strategic initiatives and projects with management visibility - ensuring excellent outcomes and visibility of results. support the Lead with content preparations, presentation alignments, and project proposals
- Drive the PSCC Lead’s agenda on a daily basis as Administration assistant for the events, clarifying objectives of internal meetings, prepare agenda & developing meeting content, prioritize topics, ensuring minutes, filtering requests when necessary and preparing an Executive Summary to brief beforehand, Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to prepare analyses in short timeframes, raising awareness regarding bottlenecks.
- Setup and drive specific internal initiatives upon request
- Develop strong working relationships with internal members and with those who regularly interact with the PSCC Lead
- acting as a trusted advisor and facilitator
- Work closely with other SAP Executive Offices, facilities, other stakeholders outside PSCC establishing good relationships and a collaborative environment

**What you bring**
- **
BE / BTech /MBA (Full time Course) **with at least **4+ years of experience** in **Product, Program Management**, can think like customers, knowledge of **S4HANA Public Cloud,**:

- Work well in a fast-paced and dynamic matrix organization, capable of handling large volume of tasks with high quality results on time
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills. He/she is highly structured yet flexible and adaptable. He/she is proactive, creative and solution-oriented and should be able to prepare high quality reports & presentations,
- Demonstrate a sufficient level of maturity, trust and self-confidence and have awareness of sensitive business situations & able to handle confidential information
- Possesses a general understanding of SAP’s strategy and organization and the IT industry and is intellectually curious and a fast learner
- The position requires a good understanding of the S/4HANA organization and ideally 3 to 5 years of experience within the software industry
- The skills described here above are likely to have been developed with a background in, Program/project management, Business Operations and already played a similar role in team like us which are customer facing.
